Sincerity

Among the various qualities, sincerity is strange. In work life, it can lead to ownership which in turn can lead to emotional attachment to situations. 
At what point can such ownership and emotional attachment becomes obsessive needs to be guarded. Generally speaking it is important to let go and carry on. Do not get emotionally attached.
Sincerity can backfire. Be careful.
